PROVIDENT papers published
The Imaging Studies working group convened a series of five multidisciplinary workshops, attended by 30 professionals with relevant experience, to identify challenges in the design and conduct of research involving imaging. With the help of workshop attendees they identified 12 domains and discussed considerations relating to each domain. With their co-authors they collated the considerations into two papers, PROspectiVe Imaging research DEsign and coNducT (PROVIDENT): Considerations for clinical trials and studies using imaging (Parts I & II), which have been published in a virtual special issue of the journal Radiography, Methodologies for Radiography Research, now available online: Radiography | Vol 32, Issue 3, April 2026 | ScienceDirect.com by Elsevier
