Achieving Best Statistical Practice in Health and Care Research – 7th Annual Conference

The NIHR Statistics Group’s 7^th  Annual Conference took place on the 22^nd-23^rd  June 2023.  Like the 6th conference, the meeting took a hybrid approach, welcoming people both in person and on-line.  The conference was organised by a committee led by Dr Anastasia Ushakova and key note speakers were Dr Alexandra Freeman, Professor Stephen Evans and Professor Bhramar Mukherjee.  There were 14 breakout sessions – led by members from across the UK and for the first year running we had physical posters in addition to rapid fire poster sessions.  We were delighted to see such enthusiasm and input from our members.  Thank you to everyone who contributed to such a successful event.
