The NIHR Statistics Group was formed to support statisticians to share expertise, facilitate communication and collaboration. The Group also aims to provide opportunities for career development.

As part of NIHR SSCR’s capacity-building programme, we are exploring the usefulness of setting up a working group focused on statistical methods for adult social care research.

A series of presentations will be followed by discussion. Details of the full programme will be available shortly.

This Webinar will provide an opportunity to:

1) discuss and share experiences of the use of new and established statistical methods in social care research;

2) discuss routinely collected and other statistical data on adult social care; and

3) explore interest in establishing a NIHR Statistics Working Group for Social Care, and discuss its scope, objectives and activities.

This Webinar is open to anyone working in or interested in adult social care research with a focus on statistical methods.
